The 3 Golden Rules for a Valid Return
If your reason is eligible, you must follow these 3 rules for a successful return.

Important Note
Rule #1: Time Limit
You must contact us within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
Requests made after 24 hours will be rejected. The clock starts from the delivery time.
Rule #2: Proof
Photo is Compulsory. A clear photo showing the issue is required.
A video is optional but highly recommended as it helps us approve your return faster.
Rule #3: Product Condition
The product must be 100% Unused and Unwashed.
It should be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Used items will not be accepted.
The Refund Process – What Happens Next?
After you send the product back, here is what happens.

We receive the returned product at our warehouse.
3-7 business days (depends on courier).
Step 2: Quality Check
Our team inspects the item to ensure it follows the rules from Table 2.
24 hours after receipt.
Step 3: Refund Approved
If the quality check is successful, we approve the refund.
Immediately after the quality check.
Step 4: Money Credited
We process the refund to your original payment source.
