1. Order Processing
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location. Below are the estimated timelines after your order has been dispatched:

4. Shipping Costs

We aim to make our shipping policy as friendly as possible.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This fee is for handling and processing, regardless of the order value.
5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website.
  • You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s website after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number.
  • If a package is returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin) because of an incorrect address provided by you or because you were unavailable to receive the delivery, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee to have the order sent to you again.
